I am very passionate about higher education. Anthropology provides a powerful theoretical and methodological, and framework, especially in an ever increasingly globalized world. I seek to foster an appreciation and understanding of anthropology and evolutionary theory through introductory courses. As a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon, I assist with courses in biological anthropology. I also strive to provide training in animal behavior, biological anthropology, evolutionary theory, and statistics to interested undergraduates. Currently, I help manage student research projects on primate behavior through the University of Oregon Primate Osteology Laboratory.
